MOAC II Evaluation Project The Museums and the Online Archive of California II User Evaluation (MOAC II) is a two-year research project commencing in 2003 and funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) examining digital museum content for use in education and research. MOAC is a part of the Online Archive of California (OAC), a collaborative union database of finding aids encoded in Encoded Archival Description and digitized copies of collections drawn from archives and museums across California. The OAC is a constituent database of the California Digital Library (CDL). Project Goals
Scope of Website This website includes public resources for those interested in finding out about the MOAC II evaluation project and related studies, a collaborative workspace for research team members, and a gateway for individuals participating as research subjects to access online surveys used to gather data for the project. The MOAC Evaluation Project is funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).
