If you are interested in Data Services for the
current survey administration, please download and complete the Data
Services Order Form for the current year. If you wish to obtain data
files from previous years, please download and complete the Data Services Order Form
for previous years. Please remember to fill in the year you
are requesting prior to sending in the form. All forms can be faxed to
our office at (310) 206-2228.
PLEASE NOTE:
Effective with the 2006 administration of all CIRP Surveys (Freshman Survey, YFCY, CSS,
Faculty Survey), all Institutional Profiles are delivered as Excel spreadsheets instead
of as paper reports. This change results in faster delivery of your reports as well as
the added capabilities to use the data made possible by the Excel format. As a result,
the standard “Report on Spreadsheet” Data Service is no longer relevant. However, the
“Report of Spreadsheet with Extra Comparison Groups” is still a for-fee service
($25 plus $5 per extra Comparison Group).
Effective with the 2007 administration of all CIRP Surveys, Data Files will be made
available to all participating institutions at no charge through the CIRP Portal. Data
Files will be available in fixed-format text or SPSS System File format. Data Files in
other formats (SAS, Stata, etc.) will be available for a charge of $25.
Reports on Spreadsheet prior to 2006 and Data Files prior to 2007 survey administrations
will be available at the prices stated in the Data Services for the appropriate year.
Freshman Survey Trends Data Services (reports and data files) remain for-fee services.
