Teaching Interests

Career Interventions (individual and group career counseling, career planning classes, job counseling for the mentally ill, on -line career choice coaching, and internships); evaluation of career interventions and educational programs; career development theory with emphasis on the proactive self-concept and its evaluation over one's life's roles and life stages; and inventories and tests used in career interventions

Theoretically grounded career development interventions for college students and adults (Education 414D), practice and theory of student affairs (Education 414A), theory and practice of counseling (Education 214A), and organization and coordination of entry internships in student affairs (Education 498).
