Very little information is available on the Chinese Latin Americans who have immigrated to Canada.  Chinese Peruvians can be found in the cities of Vancouver and Toronto, with most immigrating post-1970.

In Perú, the Spanish word for Chinese restaurant is "chifa".  Peruvian restaurants found in major urban areas may also serve Chinese-Peruvian food.  Here are a few chifas of which I am aware.
