Web Page Creation for EducatorsRed Line

Introduction:

This manual is written by an educator for other educators. It will explain the basics of authoring for the world wide web (creating home pages and sites) as well as help you find uses for the web in your classroom. We will be using mostly freeware and shareware programs, as well as a few commercial demos. As you will see, it doesn't cost anything to create content for the internet.

This manual is biased toward the MacOS platform because more than 80% of all web designers design on the MacOS. Many of the programs used have Wintel equivalents which function in more or less the same fashion.
