GSE&IS Web Mail -- Help and Tips

  1. A JavaScript capable browser is required to view GSE&IS mail.

  2. Because of problems recognizing domains, GSE&IS mail access through Web Mail is not supported for users using Internet Explorer on a Windows PC. Please use the Main Exchange Login page instead. Instructions for doing so can be found here.

  3. Netscape Navigator users may need to press Stop and then Reload to view their GSE&IS mail.

  4. Due to the way browsers store passwords, you can only connect once per session. If you try to connect more often, you will get "Authentication Failed" error messages. To remedy this, quit the browser and then open it again.

  5. If you would like to login using the old method, you can go to the Exchange Main Page

  6. BOL webmail is maintained by UCLA College Information Services. You can access your BOL mail at: https://webmail.ucla.edu/.
