Of the world’s leading host countries for international students, the U.S. is the only nation without a centralized policy guiding the recruiting and admission of foreign students. By default, these practices are developed by each individual institution. The following set of questions may be used by community colleges in forming their own international student guidelines.

Other material may be available either directly through the publishing agency, or from out-of-print vendors.
