Integrating Part-Time Faculty

In 1998, The Chronicle of Higher Education reported that more than half of community college faculty worked part-time. Hence, it is important to finds means to integrate part-time faculty into the organizational culture of community colleges. The following recommended actions could help part-time faculty be perceived as an integral component of the community college culture:
