Your donation is needed to launch "Memoria, Voz, y Patrimonio," the first ever Conference on Latino/Hispano Film, Print and Sound Archives, a legacy of Latino stories from various media for future generations. The technology, expertise and community support now exist to ensure that Latino history is not subjugated nor overlooked. Latino archival material must be available to students, creators, artists, scholars, teachers, and community organizations. Join us in the quest to discover and preserve the struggles, triumphs, and ingenuity of the Latino community. This money will be used to pay for scholarships to bring library and archives students to our conference, fund speakers, and offset conference costs.

There are many things you can do to help us in our fundraising efforts.

It's easy and fun!

• Make a donation to the Latino Archives Conference (LAC)
  if you haven't yet done so or place an ad in the conference program.
• Ask your Library/Archives Director to donate monies to the LAC Conference or to place an ad in the conference program.
• Ask your State Library/Archives Association to make a donation or place an ad.
• As a library school alumni to make a donation or place an ad.
• Ask your library school to make a donation or place an ad.
• Sponsor a runner in a local race and give the monies to the LAC Conference.
• Ask your favorite vendor to make a donation or place an ad.
• Ask your local REFORMA chapter to make a donation or place an ad.
• Ask your favorite library/organization organization to make a donation
  or place an ad.
• As your local businesses to make a donation or to place an ad.
